Prior to founding Island Logic Inc., Mr. Salyer served as president of IGE, and was responsible for the company’s worldwide digital asset operations. Previously, as president of business development at Ubisoft Entertainment, a top 5 video game publisher, he led the company’s acquisition and growth strategies, setting the stage for annual revenues approaching a billion dollars.

Earlier in his career, as a senior vice president at Electronic Arts, Mr. Salyer was responsible for establishing new businesses both domestically and internationally, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, domestic affiliated label distribution, and OEM licensing. Highlights included professionalizing and more than doubling the size of EA’s 3rd party distribution activities, managing EA Australia through a difficult turnaround; launching EA’s re-entry into the Japanese market by structuring a joint venture with Victor Music, Inc., and serving as Chairman of the new enterprise.

Ms. Siu possesses a deep background and expertise in establishing new entities (financial, HR, Administration), implementing cost and billing systems, implementing corporate governance and internal controls, as well as financially overseeing global organizations and overseas subsidiaries.

Before joining Island Logic, Inc. , Ms. Siu worked for Atlas Technology Group and TradeEasy Holdings, Ltd. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a graduate of Hong Kong University.

Mr. Oleson successfully delivered large-scale infrastructure and customer service projects for international companies such as Siemens and Eastman Kodak. He also ran a consultancy whose core practice was improving efficiency and reducing costs in IT operations.

As an undergraduate he studied Computer and Information Sciences at the University of California and he holds a graduate certificate in Project and Program Management from the same institution.

Mr. Catabian has over 16 years of experience in project management, systems engineering, systems administration and network operations. This includes extensive exposure to management and operations for both the telecom and IT industries. Previous to Island Logic, Inc., Mr. Catabian worked for organizations such as PhilCom, Philweb and Network Box - Austria in IT leadership positions. He holds a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila.

Serving in a variety of operational management and program implementation leadership positions for such prestigious companies as Sitel, Logicall and X-Reign Technologies, Ms. Garay is now responsible for the oversight and management of Island Logic, Inc.’s Customer Care, Order Management and Payment Processing Services.

Joining Island Logic in January 2009, Ms. Garay possesses an extensive background in market analysis, process and policy creation, implementation and improvement, staffing and training, systems automation, fraud prevention, order management and quality assurance. She has a proven track record of success for improving client operational efficiencies, productivity and profitability. Ms. Garay holds a degree in economics from the University of the Philippines and has been awarded multiple, call center specific, certificates from SITEL University.

Before joining Island Logic, Inc., Ms. Millar served as the Vice President of Operations for a large brokerage firm, distributing life insurance and health products underwritten by local and international organizations. In addition, she worked for Sun Life Financial in both HR and Finance leadership positions where she played a critical role in the planning, implementation and establishment of multiple payroll and benefits systems. Ms. Millar is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas.

Arriving in Manila in 2007, Mr. Friedman spent two years as the Associate Director of Operations for ReachForce, Inc. During that time, Mr. Friedman tripled the number of available revenue generating resources within the country, expanded overall market share and provided ReachForce the ability to expedite new organizational development abroad.

In 2009, Mr. Friedman started JF Consulting Services and formed engagements with BPOs ranging from start-ups to established providers. By leveraging his deep skill-set, he provided a wide variety of services to clients including the formation, training and performance management of multiple sales / marketing teams, the restructuring and streamlining of operational resources and management, and the creation of strategic partnerships, business development and sales opportunities.

Since joining Island Logic in 2010, Mr. Friedman has spearheaded the formation and growth of the company’s Contact Center Services. He is a graduate of New York University
